While on the Account tab, navigate to the Customer Center option placed under the Services Section at the right-hand corner of the menu page. Before you tap on that, you can copy your account info which might be required while raising a 1:1 Inquiry with the team.
  • This will direct you to King Arthur: Legends Rise’s in-game inquiry page, where the developers have categorized some commonly asked questions regarding Accounts, Payments, Recovery, Events, using the app, and Bug reports. Choose the category that most accurately reflects your problem, then tap the plus icon located at the left-hand side of it.

    • Inquiry Title
    • Content (Describe your issue in detail here).
    • Relevant file attachments in the form of screenshots (up to 3) for quicker assistance
    • Reply Notification (Add the email address where you want to receive replies)

  • Once you have provided all the required information, check the Add Reply Notification checkbox to receive in-app notifications whenever you receive a reply from an Agent.
  • Tap on the Submit button to successfully submit your inquiry. The Support team will get back to you within 48-72 working hours. You can keep a tab on your inquiries raised, from the My Inquiries section.
