- Once you have provided all the required information, check the Add Reply Notification checkbox to receive in-app notifications whenever you receive a reply from an Agent.
- Finally, tap on the Submit button to successfully raise a 1:1 Inquiry. The Support team will get back to you in the email address provided, within 48-72 hours. You may do additional follow-ups in the same mail chain if needed.
