Similar to the previous Icon Chronicles, even the Icon Chronicles Hexad is not an event, that’s the first thing you need to consider. It’s not an actual event but a campaign and we are stuck with it. It’s not going away and by the looks of it, more players will be added to the event with time. Step into the boots of legends of the game like Roy Keane, Iker Casillas, and Kaká. Relive key moments of their careers, follow their path to glory, and recruit these iconic players to your team!

Event Duration:  October 24th – December 31st (433 Days)

FC Mobile 25 Icon Chronicles Hexad Event Flow

File Collection

As discussed previously, Icon Chronicles Hexad is base content. It’s more like a campaign similar to Zidane Icon Journey and Heroes, with the base content arriving and you can play at your own pace. It’s gonna last forever given its ending in a whopping 433 days but unlike events, even if you start it on a much later date, you will still be able to get all the rewards!

First things first, Hexad means a group of six. So Icon Chronicles Hexad primarily focuses on a group of six new Icons that will be introduced periodically in the event with a mystery Icon being added at the end who had possibly played with all six of these Icons at one time or another.

With the new Icon Chronicles Hexad, EA has removed the Stamina Points as it was in the previous Icon Chronicles and now you can play the matches without being worried about utilizing your Daily Energy. As it has been in recent times, the Main tab of any event in FC Mobile is not a functional one. The Main Tab or the File Collection in this case, just redirects to the tabs of the individual Icons themselves.

Besides, you will come here each day and play a series of two Skill Games and one Match Daily to earn Detective Points and Universal Tokens every day. Each day you will log in and come to the File Collection Tab to play a set of Skill Games and Matches to receive Detective Points and Universal Tokens. You will receive additional Detective Points as a Daily Reward watching a daily ad every day.

There is also an Icon Chronicles Pack as well, that you can open once daily for a chance of Coins Gems, Players, and Universal Rank Player – Mascherano in exchange for Detective Points. From the Main Tab, we can understand that in the future, more four Icons will be released besides Roy Keane, Iker Casillas, and Kaká, who are already unlocked at the moment.

Icon-Specific Tabs

Next, there are the Icon-Specific Tabs with one tab dedicated to each of the icons. The Tab is named after the Icons and will be unlocked over the next few weeks with Roy Keane, Iker Casillas, and Kaká being unlocked currently. You can unlock the next Icon tab by completing certain chapters of the previous Icon. The Icon-Specific Tabs are as follows:

• Roy Keane
• Iker Casillas
• Kaká

You will play through a series of Matches to earn Detective Points and Universal Tokens in each tab using your hard-earned Stamina Points. These tabs are further divided into chapters where you must complete a set of matches going back in time and playing through the player’s career for his national team and club. You can unlock the next chapter of a particular Icon only after completing the previous chapter. There are four chapters for each of the Icons, and you can claim the Icon along with Coins and Gems after completing all 4 chapters.

Each of the Chapters in the Icons has 4 nodes of Matches involving various highlights from the player’s career in exchange for Detective Points and Universal Tokens. Remember, unlike the previous Icon Chronicles, you don’t need Stamina Points to play these matches, so you can just go and complete all the matches in one go as you did with Zidane’s Icon Journey campaign in the past.

It’s not much different from events in this aspect, besides the point that Icon Chronicles does not come with an expiry date and you can still get all the rewards, even if you start late. Also, we can expect more Icons to be released in the future as a part of this event soon!

FC Mobile 24 Icon Chronicles Event Currencies

Stamina Points

• Earn them by watching Ads and from the Daily Icon Chronicle Pack
• Use them in playing Skill Games and PvE Matches in the Icon-Specific chapters

Universal Tokens

• Earn them by playing Skill Games and PvE Matches in the Icon Chronicles event
• Trade them for event currencies from other events or towards Division Rivals exchanges in the Store

FC Mobile 24 Icon Chronicles Tips and Tricks

Icon Chronicles has a fair amount of grind, with daily skill games and matches to play in FC Mobile 24. So here are our additional tips and tricks to help you get the best from the event. It took us a while to get these answers and calculate everything so let’s explain it here.

First things first, Icon Chronicles is base content that is going to stay at least until the season ends. The only thing that makes this an event and differs from a campaign is that there is daily event stamina involved here. You can’t complete it early and have to wait until stuff unlocks and watch ads to progress into the event. It’s an event with just that even if you are starting with FC Mobile later in the season, you can still come along and get all the rewards.

Icon-Specific Tabs

Before heading out, here are some of the bonus tips and tricks to ease your way into completing the Icon Specific Tabs

• Most of the matches in these chapters can be completed by Autoplaying the Matches. Therefore utilise the Autoplay feature to its fullest and save your time
• Remember there are no squad-building restrictions this time, therefore use your main team to complete the matches without having a second thought.
• Open Xabi Alonso‘s chapter, the 2nd Icon as soon as possible. Once you unlock the 2nd Icon, you will get more Stamina Points from the Daily Reward. The Stamina Points increase further, when you unlock the chapter for the 4th Icon Frank Lampard.

• The Right Wing is the most important position in all formations and chapters. Have a proper fast right-winger who can also dribble well.
• The best way to win quickly is to play a couple of passes around the right baseline and dribble the last defender so RW can finesse. It’s either a goal, corner, or rebound for the striker.
• Again, not every goal is going to come from your right wing. You have other tools in your box, don’t be afraid to use them.

Remember you are playing against the AI not another human so the gameplay becomes predictable gradually. So don’t be afraid to forfeit if you give up a goal at some point, ever! Ultimately, it comes down to commitment to tactics and staying focused rather than being good at this game. Some of these matches seem impossible at times until they aren’t, eventually, things are going to line up, you’ll succeed and you’ll never have to play this match again.

That’s it the Icon Chronicles Event in a nutshell. Beyond that, there isn’t a whole lot to say about this event. Again, neither a proper event nor a full campaign type! It’s something to run in line with Heroes. Just play the campaign, every day, daily grind it out. Nothing majorly exciting, it’s just another tier of base content addition. But do remember to collect and maximize your Universal Tokens, remember you can utilize them in the Store.
